Melissa was born and raised in South Florida. Melissa attended Palm Beach State College where she graduated with her Associate’s degree. Melissa is currently planning on furthering her education at Florida Atlantic University to obtain her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Prior to joining LerroSarbey, Melissa began working in the accounting profession as early as her sophomore year in high school where she worked for a small bookkeeping business after school. Melissa continued to work there for several years where she further learned and developed her accounting knowledge and skillset.

Melissa joined LerroSarbey in 2015 as a receptionist and continued to grow and develop into her current role, Manager of Operations. Over the years at the firm, Melissa took on many different tasks across the firm where she obtained extensive knowledge in live payrolls, general correspondence with all government offices, incorporation of businesses, and maintaining high client satisfaction by developing one-on-one relationships with a majority of the LerroSarbey client base. Melissa also works hand in hand with each employee educating them on the procedures for the firm. She assists with all front-end operations of the business to ensure everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
