As the People & Culture Manager at LerroSarbey, Justin’s focus is on developing and executing the firm’s overall HR strategy. With a deep appreciation for the role that people play in driving a firm’s success, Justin works closely with our leadership team to oversee key functions such as workplace compliance, recruiting, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
Originally from South Florida, Justin is a proud graduate of Florida State University (FSU). Before joining LerroSarbey, he built a diverse operational career in the healthcare industry, most recently serving as a Manager in Clinical Operations at Devoted Health Plan. There, he led and developed a team of doctors, case managers and social workers in a fast-paced, highly regulated clinical environment. His hands-on leadership experience at a rapidly growing startup honed his ability to build teams, navigate complexity, and align people strategies with organizational growth.
Justin brings his people-first mindset to work everyday. His primary goal is to cultivate an environment where employees feel engaged, empowered, and valued. Under his leadership, LerroSarbey has been recognized as one of South Florida Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work”—a reflection of his commitment to fostering a supportive and high-performing culture.
