Joe is a graduate of Florida State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Accounting with a focus in Taxation.  Joe is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida, a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and the Florida Institute of CPAs. 

After graduating from FSU, Joe began his career with Deloitte Tax in their Miami office, working in the Private Wealth Tax group.  Primarily, Joe’s clientele consisted of cross-border entrepreneurs, celebrities, executives, and high-net-worth families and their closely held businesses.

At LerroSarbey, Joe brings a fresh perspective to tax planning, focusing on simplifying a client’s tax landscape while accomplishing their long-term estate, gift, and philanthropic goals.  In addition to client service,  Joe has been heavily involved in executing the firm’s strategic growth plan.  He also is heavily involved in the firm’s talent retention and recruitment.
