Prior to joining LerroSarbey, Eric worked for Pfizer at their New York City Headquarters where he was a Senior Director providing senior management with Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) support.  Prior to his 12 years in various FP&A roles, he worked in the Internal Audit department for 7 years ensuring sound internal controls, processes, and procedures were established at domestic and international affiliate offices, manufacturing facilities, distribution, and shared service centers.  During his tenure at Pfizer, Eric was also involved in several large Merger & Acquisition transactions, providing financial guidance and support for his Operations colleagues. Eric began his professional career at Deloitte & Touche in Chicago where he was a Financial Auditor serving large public multinational companies primarily in the insurance industry. 

At LerroSarbey, Eric is a Manager in the Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) practice where he uses his extensive corporate and public accounting experience to become a trusted business advisor.  In this capacity, Eric provides valuable insight regarding financial performance, including industry benchmarking and performance metrics, trend analyses, financial reporting initiatives, as well as budgeting and forecasting. 

Eric attended Western Michigan University where he was awarded a Medallion Scholarship, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting with minors in Finance and Business Communications.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.
