Courtney earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (2018) and Master of Accounting (2019) from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Florida and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).

Prior to joining LerroSarbey, Courtney was an Assurance Manager in PwC’s Private Company Services practice, where she gained six years of experience auditing private companies across South Florida. Her work spanned clients of varying sizes and industries, giving her a strong foundation in understanding diverse business challenges.

Courtney particularly enjoys working closely with clients to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and help solve complex financial and operational problems. She takes pride in providing guidance that not only meets compliance requirements but also supports her clients’ long-term goals and growth.
