Angela Harms is a seasoned accounting professional with more than 30 years of experience serving businesses and individuals across a wide range of industries. Recently, she held the role of Director at CohnReznick (formerly Daszkal Bolton), in the Boca Raton office leading the Accounting Services Department. She led a team who provided clients with various types of bookkeeping, accounting and advisory services. She also provided tax compliance, tax representation, tax planning, business consulting, family office services, start-up, and M&A transaction support.

In addition, Angela was the CFO for Mark Edward Partners, an independent full-service international insurance brokerage firm. In this role, she led the firm’s finance and HR functions and advised the executive team on all aspects of operations—including strategic planning, establishing and monitoring key performance metrics, and overseeing the selection, purchase, and integration of acquired producers and their businesses. Angela worked through the due diligence process that led to the eventual merger of the firm into a national agency.

Angela’s career also includes partnership positions at respected regional accounting firms, including Templeton & Company and Cloyd & Associates. Her broad background, combined with extensive QuickBooks certifications, uniquely positions her to help clients launch new ventures, streamline existing accounting systems, strengthen financial processes, and implement tax strategies aligned with their goals.
Angela is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and is an active member of the AICPA, FICPA, and KYCPA. She is also a founding member of The Daily Drip, a South Florida Women’s professional business organization.

Beyond her professional work, Angela is deeply committed to her community and faith. She serves as a leader in the regional women’s organization within her church, and treasures her role as a mother and grandmother. She also enjoys traveling and exploring the world through geocaching adventures.
