With over 25 years of experience in public accounting, Alicia brings extensive expertise in accounting, tax planning, research, and business consulting across diverse industries. Formerly a Partner at BDO, her background includes work with closely held entities, non-profits, healthcare, high-net-worth individuals, real estate, and construction. She also has experience in international tax related to the United States Virgin Islands.

Alicia specializes in partnership taxation, including reviewing operating agreements and merger transactions. She has a strong track record with high-net-worth individuals and family limited partnerships in compilations, tax consulting, and estate planning.

A South Florida native and proud University of Florida alumna, Alicia is passionate about helping small businesses grow and thrive. Outside of work, she is a Board Member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and actively participates in the Jewish Federation of Broward County. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys cross-stitching, attending college and pro football games (she’s a season ticket holder for both), Broadway musicals, and traveling the world!
