Victor brings more than 40 years of public accounting experience to his clients. Victor grew up on Long Island, New York. He began his career as a CPA in 1983 and has practiced in almost every area of Public Accounting. Early on, Victor worked for many large regional firms and found that client service was always lacking something, prompting him to start his own firm with his wife in 1987, before moving to South Florida in 1994.
Under Victor’s leadership, the CPA practice, now known as LerroSarbey, has grown from a sole practitioner practice offering only 1040 and business tax preparation to a respected regional firm offering a diverse range of services including Tax Preparation and Consulting, Transaction Advisory Services and Analysis, Estate Planning, Audit and Review Services, and SOC Reports, to name a few. Victor currently serves as the Firm’s Managing Partner, overseeing the firm’s Service Line Leaders, Firm Growth, Client Service, Marketplace exposure and expansion, as well as professional retention and recruitment.
In addition to being a CPA, Victor holds the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Valuation Analysts and is certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Victor’s primary practice area is Partnerships, S Corporations, and Tax structure planning for mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning for executives. Victor’s wealth of knowledge in various areas of Practice brings a unique perspective of experience and knowledge. Outside of servicing his clients, many of which have been with Victor for over 20 years, Victor enjoys developing the team internally and acts as a consultant for the Managers and Directors internally when complex issues arise.
Victor has acted as an expert witness in a number of litigation issues, as well as representing clients before the IRS.
