Andrea is a dynamic and experienced audit and advisory professional—and a returning member of the LerroSarbey team. A Miami native and proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Andrea brings a strong background in internal audit, financial controls, and consulting across a wide range of industries.

During her earlier tenure with Sarbey, Andrea worked on SOX engagements, 401(k) audits, and tax preparation projects. She then advanced her career in corporate audit, first as a Supervisor of Internal Audit at KEMET Corporation and later as a Manager of Internal Audit at Techtronic Industries, a global tool manufacturer. Most recently, she worked at Advaoin, LLC, where she led consulting projects focused on gap analyses, internal control testing, and business process reviews.

Andrea is passionate about diving into new industries and understanding the unique rhythms of different business models. Her versatile experience and analytical mindset make her a valuable resource to clients seeking thoughtful, practical insights.
